Q: How may I place an order?
A: You can place your order by clicking the red button next to the item you wish to purchase in the Online Store. Then follow the links.
You can use our toll free order line (1-800-338-9918) between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
You may use e-mail at info@ivycreek.com. It is not safe to send credit card information via e-mail
When placing and order using other than our secure server, please include the following information.

Shipping address
Type of product (cassette of CD)
Quantity
Credit card number
Credit card expitation date
Daytime phone number. Where you can be reached durning business hours.

A: We accept Master Card or Visa. You can submit your credit card information on our secure server.

A: Yes, we accept personal checks or money orders (US Funds Only!)

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Ivy Creek only charges sales tax for products shipped to an address in North Carolina. |
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We generally use U S Postal Service. Our shipping charges are based on order value. The list below applies to media mail rates for Canada and United States only.
If you wish First Class Mail add 50 cents ($0.50) to your order.

Q: How may I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
A: Send an e-mail to info@ivycreek.com stating that you are cancelling your order. Please do so as soon a possible, orders that have already shipped can not be cancelled. Please include your name, address, phone number, order confirmation number, the item number(SKU number) and description. |
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please include the original packing slip and reason for return. Sorry, we cannot refund return postage unless it was our mistake. We only accept returns of items sold directly through Ivy Creek Recordings. Items purchased through retail outlets must be returned to the merchant where you made the purchase. |

Q: We saw you for the first time recently at Spencer RailFan days and would like to know when and where your next live performance is planned?
A: Our next public performance will be in Old Fort, NC at the Mountain Gateway Museum.
The date is October 26, 2003. The program will begin at 3 O'clock. The focus of the program will be on Creeks, Streams and Rivers. |
